Purchased a 2024 Atlas on September 7th. Rims were ordered and 3 months later I still have not received the rims or any update on the status. Went to the dealership twice and was told they w Rims were ordered and 3 months later I still have not received the rims or any update on the status. Went to the dealership twice and was told they were on back order & they will be in the week of Thanksgiving. I was told that by Carlos. Went in again in December and was told they are still not in and Carlos was not that day. Contacted the dealersjip via the online chat twice requesting to be contacted and still no response after being told someone will contact me. Very disappointing. Here it is December 11th and I am leaving a review in hopes of getting this resolved before '2025. I received so many calls from the dealership before purchasing the vehicle that I had to block the number. After all the paperwork has been signed and the vehicle driven off the lot I won't be referring anyone. More
