Great customer service every time I go! Prompt check in, very quick to determine if it can be fixed quickly or will need more time and they get me a loaner right away if they have to keep m Prompt check in, very quick to determine if it can be fixed quickly or will need more time and they get me a loaner right away if they have to keep my Navigator. They do their due diligence and always check if the repair is covered by warranty. Great waiting area with drinks and snacks and enclosed spaces to get work done. So all in all, very happy with West End Lincoln. I've been exclusively getting my Navigator serviced here for over 6 years. More

I had a really great experience, jujuan was amazing would recommend! The only thing is the vehicle i purchased had a missing emblem in the back and i asked for them to replace that but it wasn’t replaced but recommend!
