Great customer service every time I go! They do their due diligence and always check if the repair is covered by warranty. Great waiting area with drinks and snacks and enclosed spaces to get work done. So all in all, very happy with West End Lincoln. I've been exclusively getting my Navigator serviced here for over 6 years. More
