I just wanted to share that I was looking for a new car and wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted so I shopped at several dealerships, and I have to say that eagle kia in riverhead was by far one of the best d and wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted so I shopped at several dealerships, and I have to say that eagle kia in riverhead was by far one of the best dealerships I've ever been too. When i had started looking I was nervous about pushy salespeople… in Kia I wasn’t bombarded by salespeople trying to push me into something. After finding what I wanted which is the 26 Kia Sportage x line in the coolest blue ever. I contacted a gentleman name Alex who was very quick and informative thru email and phone and was able to help me start the process! I then had the pleasure of meeting Lamelle who was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. He made the transition so effortless and easy. I explained what I wanted features wise and the finance details and he was able to get me where I was comfortable. He took his time and followed up with me throughout the whole process which was super quick. My previous car was a 2014 an had nothing fancy… no bells and whistles and my new Kia "big blue" has everything and then some, I explained I was tech challenged,, he sat with me for about 30-40 min when I picked the car up. He showed me the features and hooked my phone up and made sure I was comfortable. He even showed me where I bring the car when it's time for my oil change. He even offered to get me another car wash because it was snowing and sleeting when I picked the car up. You can't ask for better then that. I will refer him to any friends or family looking. Even sitting with the Finance rep, Darius he made the whole process fun and exciting and not stressful at all! Everyone I came in contact with at Kia in riverhead was really a pleasure to deal with! More

Terrific experience waiting for the oil change for my Kia soul. Waiting room with super comfortable chairs and couches big screen TV delicious coffee and tea clean very nice bathroom for service customers on soul.
