First and foremost, the bait and switch tactics that this dealership uses is alarming! Although it was only a difference of $699.00, the advertised price for the vehicle I purchased was $35,153. I did not catch this error on my paperwork until I got home. When I went back 2 days later to speak to someone about it, the salesman, Lamar, was very short with me and stated it was not his problem and I would need to speak to the finance person, TJ. He of course was busy with another client and I had to wait. I did however catch the sales manager, Brandon, as he walked by and he did sit down and listen to my concerns and was helpful explaining some items, he said he would need to go speak to someone about the price difference. 45 minutes later he came back and said that he was sorry but there was nothing he could do. I told him to just throw in a bed liner for the truck and I would be a happy customer but he would not do that either. In addition to the price difference, my vehicle buyers order says 2023 for the year even though the truck is a 2024. I was told by the sales manager that it was no big deal and it was just auto populated that way. This seems a little unusual but I will verify the information once the lending institution gets a copy of the contract. More
