I own a ram 1500 and found it to have an issue that was covered under a service bulletin. I reached out to between 5-10 ram dealerships. I either got no response, a response from a sales person trying to g covered under a service bulletin. I reached out to between 5-10 ram dealerships. I either got no response, a response from a sales person trying to get me to trade truck in, or told I would receive a call back and never did. I eventually got to MAG. Their service department has been the best and easiest to deal with. They have went above and beyond to make sure my truck is ready to continue. More

Did everything they could to not work on vehicle and bill at highest rate possible. Claimed radio was the reason vehicle stalled on the highway and would not start. Allowed water to enter vehicle while in at highest rate possible. Claimed radio was the reason vehicle stalled on the highway and would not start. Allowed water to enter vehicle while in their care mold now on interior. Said everything wrong with vehicle was never covered under warranty. Vehicle is now in worse condition than before we took it to them. Claim vehicle fixed but we had to tow it away because it would still not start. Will not go back. Lost customers for life More
