2015 Honda Odyessy in forP300,P301,P302 codes. This issue was covered under Honda warranty extension. Technician inspected vehicle and suggested some other work that it needed. Timing belt, suspension issues, front brakes, etc. Had everything done along with the warrany work. Everyone was friendly and communicated with me thoughout the service process. As they were going to have it for more than a week, I was offered a loaner. I did not need it, but I did appreciate the offer. Its been a couple of decades since a dealership offered a loaner. My experience with Northside was A+++. More

I had my previous 2016 Honda Accord serviced at this loction pretty much as needed and when it came time to purchase a new Honda Justin Cavazos has the best. He worked with me at every opportunity and gave me the best options possible. He is hand in glove to the service department. I am very thankful, grateful, and truly appreciative of the individuals that comprise the the service department of this dealership. It starts at the top with a genuinely knowledgeable one of a kind honest Service Manager who's main goal is helping the customer solve their issues. Bill Seifert is patient, understanding and problem solving oriented with the goal of helping the consumer. He has cultivated a team in the service department that is stellar. Everyone from Alexia Olivo, Noah Morales, Lacye Lanning, to Shelby Longoria (special accessories) are so easy going, professional, welcoming and focused on providing the best service possible. They confront somewhat difficult and uncomfortable circumstances of addressing mechanical issues and communicating options without being pushy. They are kind and thoughful and maintain professionalism. They under promise and over deliver. Proper time lines for service work be it quick or long are addressed upfront. The cost of serviecs are presented as options on the table honestly. You can not ask for more. This is my go to service center for my Honda. Any future purchases and services conducted will be made here for my vehicles moving forward. More

Lacye Laning, Service Advisor is the service advisor who always helps me. She is knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and trustworthy. The work she provides has been great. I can’t say the same for the lad always helps me. She is knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and trustworthy. The work she provides has been great. I can’t say the same for the lady the phones roll over to when the service advisors don’t answer because they are busy. Whoever that lady is, she is rude, unprofessional - perception is she doesn’t care about the clients. I don’t think this is their operator, I think it’s someone in the service department. I will not hold this against Lacye and the dealership, I hope they address it since I included it in this part of the review. More

I bring both my Hondas to her when they need service. I was bringing my CRV to the dealership I bought it at, but Gillman Honda service department is horrible. I will keep bringing both my vehicles to Lacye when I need service. More

Subject: Serious Safety Oversight - Service on May 24, 2025 I'm writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the service I received at North Side Honda on May 24, 2025 at 10:15 AM. 2025 I'm writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the service I received at North Side Honda on May 24, 2025 at 10:15 AM. I brought my vehicle in for service, which included a multi-point inspection. At no time was I informed of any issues with my tires. Later that day, I suffered a tire blowout on the highway, which could have easily resulted in a serious accident. I immediately took my vehicle to Big O Tires to replace the blown tire and have the others inspected -- only to be informed that all my tires were dangerously worn, with tread measurements of 2-3/32", well below safe levels. When I contacted Bill, the service manager at North Side Honda, he told me he was "doing me a service" by replacing one tire and offering a free alignment. He also claimed that other shops wouldn't have done even that. Frankly, that response was both dismissive and alarming. I work in the collision repair industry, where our number one priority is customer safety. To see a dealership service department disregard such a critical issue is unacceptable. A proper inspection should have flagged these tires immediately. I trusted your team with my vehicle's safety and was let down. This matter deserves serious attention. I would appreciate follow-up from management to understand how this happened and what corrective action will be taken to ensure this doesn't happen to another customer. More

My A17 required maintenance visit led to be informed there was a recall on my 2020 Passport. My contact person, Lacie, was a knowledgable, informative and profesional service advisor. Due to the exten there was a recall on my 2020 Passport. My contact person, Lacie, was a knowledgable, informative and profesional service advisor. Due to the extended time required she arranged an Uber ride home and to return allowing me pick up my serviced and repaired SUV. Thank you NS Honda. More
