Shottenkirk CDJR has the worse Service Center of any Jeep dealership we have ever used. I took our GC into the Service Center at 10:50a.m. for an 11:00a.m. appointment to have the oil changed. I was shown dealership we have ever used. I took our GC into the Service Center at 10:50a.m. for an 11:00a.m. appointment to have the oil changed. I was shown the waiting area and after not hearing about the status of the oil change at 1:00p.m, I sent a text to the Service rep who had texted me at 11:00a.m. when the service ticket was written up. By 1:30p.m no reply so I walked over to the service area to try and find someone who could help me out. Not a soul around, it's as if all the service reps got off work at 12 noon. I finally tracked an employee down from a different area and he found an employee who could help me out. She looked up my service ticket and it ends up my vehicle still had not been service, it was still parked in the back lot. In the end, I waited nearly 3.5 hours for a simple oil change. Shottenkirk CDJR Service Center will never have our business again. In fact, when we purchase our next Jeep GC this fall, Shottenkirk will not be the dealership we use. More
