Hello, my name is Latosha Simmons and I am an eSales Rep here at Cleveland Ford. I currently reside here in Cleveland, TN formerly from Toledo, Ohio (GO BUCKEYES!). My family and I, which also includes my husband and 3 amazing children moved to this beautifully quaint town 10 years ago and fell in love. I have worked in customer service and sales for over 9 years. That previous experience landed me in the Automotive Industry, which has brought me so much joy. I love to be able to assist my customers during their car buying experience. I know that this process can me a bit overwhelming at times, that is why I try to provide you with one on one attention to help make it as smooth as possible. Purchasing a vehicle, whether is for business or leisure can be very tedious and stressful. So I am here to be that buffer between the customer and the sales specialist in order to make your experience seamless. Horrible service After reaching out about a 43k vehicle from this dealer and giving them a deposit down to hold it. The dealer posted the vehicle days later at a cheaper price. I asked if they would honor this price and all of the sudden all the service changed to not wanting to deal with me. They pushed me off to a new buyer sales man that said he was so busy all day to contact me. After going through hoops with them trying to ask their manager if they could approve a deal, they then never returned my call. I called servers times bc my info was with them and the sales manager had an attitude like it was my fault. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with these individuals. More

Also I was looking to purchase a specific vehicle earlier this year for my daughter's graduation gift Tarique did his best to find the vehicle she wanted. Unfortunately was not able to but we did find one at another dealership. But he never tried to pressure us into buying something that she didn't want. And to me that makes a great salesman. I would highly recommend this dealership.and Tarique to work with in the future. More
