In July 2024. I took my car to downtown Nissan dealership for repair. The steering wheel was locking up while driving. The dealer was unable to reproduce the probl I took my car to downtown Nissan dealership for repair. The steering wheel was locking up while driving. The dealer was unable to reproduce the problem. They stated that the steering rack was the only thing that could cause this problem. The repair would cost $2700. They also recommended that the brakes be repaired and other recommended maintenance issues. Total cost was $4700. Before payment I asked are they sure this was solve the problem I was assured it would. The car was repaired. The next day the problem occurred at least 3 times. I notified the dealer and they told me to bring the car back. They kept the car for at least 4-5 days. They called in a Nissan engineer to diagnose the problem and found that the steering pump was actually the problem. I asked why wasn’t this person consulted initially and there was no answer. They then stated they could fix the problem for $1500 and that would just be the charge for the part. I could not give these ppl anymore of my money. I picked up my car. I filed a formal complaint. I called the sales manager asking for help and she stated a district manager would contact me. No one contacted me for over 2 weeks. I finally spoke with the manager today 8/10 asking for a refund of $2700 and he refused. More

I have purchased 8 different vehicles, since 2015, from this dealership, Ricky Gillian is our salesman, and we have used their service dept several times. We are greatly pleased with the customer service R this dealership, Ricky Gillian is our salesman, and we have used their service dept several times. We are greatly pleased with the customer service Ricky, and others, provided at each visit. We are greatly pleased with our current vehicles, 2022 Rogue Sport, and 2023 Titan 4x4 pro-4x. Each time we decided to purchase a vehicle our salesman, Ricky Gillian, listened to us describe what kind of vehicle we wanted, and have never been disappointed. Each time we visit the service dept the staff are awesome and attentive to our needs. On my 1st 2017 Titan pickup, I needed new tires, and this dealership provided the best deal, I was pleased with my purchase. Currently, my 2023 Titan pickup is just awesome, and our 2022 Rogue is as awesome. Great rides, from a great dealership, with very awesome staff. Thank you Ricky Gillian for being there when we needed you. Well done. By the way, gun metal gray is my favorite color for a vehicle. Just saying!! More

The service department is terrible, worst in the industry. They let Rick Dantinne go and kept the xxxx, shame on downtown Nissan. I brought my 2021 Altima in for service on 3 separate occasions for the same problem. Each time they say that they fixed it, but the issue still remains. At this point, I have spent almost $1000 for a ca occasions for the same problem. Each time they say that they fixed it, but the issue still remains. At this point, I have spent almost $1000 for a car that is still under warranty. I have called Downtown Nashville Nissan numerous times and left messages over the course of 3 months with Glenda, Noah and LJ...none of which has ever returned any of my messages. The one time the Glenda actually answered the phone, she understood my circumstance and agreed that the Service Department should have communicated and did a better job handling service for my car. Then proceeding to ignore my subsequent messages. Go figure.... I am a two-time Nissan owner, but I am utterly appalled at the poor customer service and lack of basic care or concern for how they treat the people that purchase their vehicles. Completely lost respect for how they do business and honestly will think twice before I buy another Nissan. I only want what is right and fair, but I definitely feel taken advantage of. More

I purchased my 2017 Nissan Murano Platinum brand new from this dealership. It was a rocky start, but the service manage, LJ Scriptor saved the day. My SD card was missing (they’re VIN specific) and were on this dealership. It was a rocky start, but the service manage, LJ Scriptor saved the day. My SD card was missing (they’re VIN specific) and were on b/o for 6+ weeks. He was in constant contact with me, weekly, about the status. Even after I called Nissan N.A. expressing my disappointment with the sale and lack of involvement from other team members, LJ was the only one that seemed to have cared… and he was the last person to be involved with a brand new vehicle sale (they threw him under the bus). However, bc of LJ’s caring demeanor over the years, I only bring it to him to service. 175.000 miles later, my vehicle is still going strong. The one thing about this dealership that has it going for them is the lifetime warranty. I had to have my transmission replaced (typical of CVT) and it cost me $100 since all my service work was done at DNN. LJ submitted the claim with ease and there were no issues, and still no issues. His staff is great, Reggie takes care of me in absence, but LJ will always come and greet me when he sees me. He has fixed minor things, helped me out, and really has gone out of his way to make sure I am a satisfied customer. 100%!!! And yes, I will purchase another Nissan from this dealership (as long as they still have the lifetime warranty) bc this is the deal saver! Thanks LJ for saving the sale and sealing the deal for another sale in the future. Your service department is top notch and will keep me as a solid DNN customer. Thanks! More

Do not buy from this dealership. I purchased a brand new 2020 Nissan Altima SR and have yet to take delivery of the car after 2 1/2 weeks. The car paint job was damaged from bird poop and glue was left on 2020 Nissan Altima SR and have yet to take delivery of the car after 2 1/2 weeks.
