I had a very smooth process. LG was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. He showed amazing customer service skills during the entire process. I also am glad he spent the time and patience to go over each options we had and went over how to operate my new beauty! I will be shopping with him in the future and sharing his information to others who are in the market. Mike was really helpful and personable.
