Kyshawn was very helpful, I true no hassle experience, he was knowledgeable about the vehicle. He went above and beyond helping me get my new vehicle home and fetching some back up paper work required for th was knowledgeable about the vehicle. He went above and beyond helping me get my new vehicle home and fetching some back up paper work required for the financing. I did find the amount of time to arrange financing way to long considering that I had preapproval from a Credit Union that I belong to and was requested by Heritage to use a bank that they do currently do business. Also the requirement that I add the new vehicle to my insurance while at the dealer has caused me issues with the MVA, because the insurance was removed prior to returning the tags. This issue is still ongoing and I may have to pay a fine. More
