To start off I was kept waiting even tho my service advisor was not busy with another customer. Before i left i ask for a call when the car was done.My advisor said I would get a text and a call and I advisor was not busy with another customer. Great experience, I will come back. Kyndal is awesome. Friendly Freeman Toyota. Even though the Tundra only has 143K miles, it's 15 years old. I talked with Kyndal about having the 150K mile checkup but needed the techs to look it over. Follow up call with Kyndel revealed a couple of things, Main belt needed to be replaced but I expected that, needed to make sure the original spark plugs were replaced as well. I approved some additional work, but overall, not that far off from my discission with Kyndel on cost for the services. Time estimates for work competition from Kyndel during the drop off in the morning was right on. I bought the 2011 Tunda new back in October of 2010, I've taken care of it, and it takes care of us. Service advisor did take care of battery recall. But she gave me confusing information about the zkg paint peeling issue. She sent me to Fort Worth Toyota and was not completely honest. Freeman does not honor the paint customer service plan. I was going back and forth between Freeman and Toyota of Fort Worth. I was helped more efficiently by Lashelle at Toyota of Fort Worth. More
