Our sales representative, Kyler, made sure that we were comfortable and confident in his ability and willingness to work with us. He went above and beyond to help us get the car we wanted and stay within our budget. We had been looking for a Traverse for a couple of months and had three picked out to look at. Our favorite one was at Oakes. Because of Kyler's ability to communicate and work with us, we didn't have to look any further than Oakes, and we drove home with our first choice of cars. We absolutey love it! Kyler and his team were great through the whole process. I would highly recommend Oakes Buick GMC, and Kyler, to anyone looking for a good, new/used car. More

Their detail department also deserves mentioning; the truck I bought was extremely clean inside and out. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone in the market who is looking for a positive buying experience. More
