I worked with Ben and he had my deal done for my Escape in less than 24 hours. Everyone was so nice throughout the whole process and Kyle, the sales manager was so sweet! Avoid this place at all costs. Their cars can’t be trusted. They sold me a car with a cracked rim and the issue didn’t come to fruition a couple days later and they refused to do a Their cars can’t be trusted. They sold me a car with a cracked rim and the issue didn’t come to fruition a couple days later and they refused to do anything about it and I am now in the hole $1,000 on a 2021 vehicle. I would have appreciated even the slightest bit of help with getting the vehicle fixed but nothing was offered. Awful customer experience go elsewhere. More
