Jordan Almazan and Michelle Marino were great to work with! They were informative and pleasantly responsive to all of my questions, and very patient while I test drove several Explorers, made up my mind which Option Packages I would like in my new Explorer, and what Color I would like my new Ford Explorer ST in. Both Jordan and Michelle were a pleasure to work with! I recommend them without any reservation! Finishing up the transaction with Albert Ciccone, Benjamin Hughett and Joseph Lepore and chatting with the great guys in Service, Kyle Warren and Joe Bachorik was also smooth as could be and informative! Great experience at DCH Ford!! Just purchased a new F350. I called them on it after seeing a great price on the internet that was below all surrounding dealers with more options. Just purchased a new F350. I called them on it after seeing a great price on the internet that was below all surrounding dealers with more options. Everyone I dealt with from sales, service and parts went out of their way for me. I added a bunch of accessories from the parts dept and had service install them before I picked up the truck. I scheduled a night to pick up the truck and it was ready for me. Finance found a better rate for me than previously discussed. Everyone was great!! More
