The first sales person I experienced was rude, ill-mannered, and completely unfit for a job in sales or anything to do with public contact, and the person who identified himself as some sort of ma ill-mannered, and completely unfit for a job in sales or anything to do with public contact, and the person who identified himself as some sort of manager when came out when I demanded the salesperson to leave me alone was barely better and almost caused me to leave the dealership. Cody, Jake and Jorge were the complete opposite. They were personable, patient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. The gentleman who assisted me at the end (in finance?) was also just as good at his job as Cody, Jake and Jorge. The only reason I didn’t mention him with the others is I couldn’t remember his name…not because he wasn’t great and memorable but because it was the last step and I was in a time crunch. The ONLY reason I purchased a car from your dealership was because Cody, Jake and Jorge offered such a professional experience. They are a credit to your organization.
