The drive through lube service was packed in the morning but moves quickly. I asked Kyle about how long, he said 2 hours. My service was done before then. 1 1/2 hrs. Needed something done that was going to require a new part anyway and they did not even try to pry off the cable just said needed a new part. I would have tried but that was only part of the issue. I don't feel he called other part departments in the area to try and source the part. I just had to wait a day. Also your business should offer rides to people to get them home safely. More
