This was my third choice for dealerships to purchase my vehicle at. It should have been my first. I had inquired about the vehicle I wanted at a couple of other dealerships that were local or closer to home. The customer service experience there was a deciding factor to not continue the process with them. However, from the responding email Kyle sent me I knew I had found a salesman who cared about the customer, the product, and the dealership. I received very professional customer service in every email or text. I ordered a truck and understood that it would take a little time. I was kept informed when new information was available and never felt handled by a salesman. On the day I went to pick up my truck, the buying experience was just as good. I came in with some knowledge with doing my own research and I was offered far better services than I had expected. From beginning to end, I was completely satisfied with this purchase. The next time I am looking to purchase a vehicle, I will come to Mountain View Chevrolet first! More
