I was very unhappy with the way the extended warranty was pushed even after I said multiple times that I didn't want it. I don't feel this is a reflection on the salesperson or the finance person that I work pushed even after I said multiple times that I didn't want it. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My purchasing process was easy and timely, even with a few computer glitches to their software that added some time to the paperwork. knowledgeable.
