Dealership refused to work on vehicle because an interlock device is installed in it even though we informed them at the time the appointment was made. Had a LOT of problems and complaints buying a used car from this dealership and then getting repairs done under warranty. Two staff were fired within 10 days and the ball was dropped. I had written a long letter of complaint to send to the HQ but in the end they came through and fixed everything.
