I told him I would call him right back, and in less than 3 minutes, Kyle texts me to say that another person sold the vehicle.Extremely poor customer service, and it’s obvious that this dealership can’t be trusted. Do NOT allow them to run your credit. Jim Ellis Chevrolet will waste your afternoon and deliver the worst customer service of any car lot in Georgia. More

I live in South Ga had looked all over for over a year for a truck like it . Price was great for the year cleanliness and mikes on it .Spoke to Kyle that Saturday morning around 9:30 . Kyle was great to deal with along with Kalo that day .The truck did have a torn tailgate protector which Kyle said he was going to send me a new one but haven’t seen it yet and a cap as well but other than that it was a pleasure no hassle deal .
