I came into the dealership looking for a Honda Civic Sedan Sport, as my lease was nearing its end. I made it very clear that I wasn't interested in anything else. I was then assisted by Sal Castro, who Sedan Sport, as my lease was nearing its end. I made it very clear that I wasn't interested in anything else. I was then assisted by Sal Castro, who presented me with options, but none of them met my preferences. I politely asked him to contact me when the specific car I was looking for became available. A week later, Sal called to inform me that he and his manager had located the car I wanted. When I arrived, however, Sal presented me with a Honda Civic Hatchback instead. Confused, I asked him where the car he had promised was, and he responded, "Sorry man, my manager made a mistake, but let me show you what we have available." At that point, I decided to stay and see what other options they had. Sal then showed me a 2025 Honda Touring—well outside my budget, which I immediately declined. Only after I shut down both options did Sal inform me that they actually had the exact car I had originally wanted all along. I felt as though my time, trust, and kindness had been taken advantage of, and it became clear to me that there was a scheme between Sal and the manager to mislead me. We eventually agreed on a Honda Civic Hybrid Sport, and I thought the situation had finally been resolved. However, just a month after purchasing the vehicle, it broke down on the highway. I took it to service, and they claimed there was nothing wrong with it and couldn’t explain the breakdown. Thinking everything was fine, I continued using the car. The very next day, it broke down again—this time in a parking lot, blocking cars from leaving. I was lucky it wasn’t on the highway, where I drive daily. At this point, I was furious and felt unsafe with the car. A brand-new 2025 Honda Civic, with zero miles on it, should not be breaking down after just one month. I went back to the dealership and explained the situation to Sal, asking for the name of the manager involved in my purchase process (as I had every right to know). Sal refused to give me a straight answer, instead saying, "Every manager was involved." It was clear to me that whoever was involved had a personal relationship with Sal, and I asked to speak with any available manager to address this issue. When the manager finally spoke to me, despite my clear concerns about the car’s safety after two breakdowns, he refused to offer a trade-in or provide an alternate vehicle. Instead, he insisted on "fixing" the car. Given that the car broke down within a month of purchase, I do not believe any amount of "fixing" will make me feel safe in this vehicle, and he should know that. This entire experience has left me feeling misled and unsafe. I urge the dealership to take responsibility for this situation and address it properly. A new car breaking down within a month is unacceptable, and I am still seeking a resolution to this issue More

My relationship with Kelly Honda began in 2008. I went to see a friend who worked at a different Honda dealership, believing he’d be able to get me the best price out there. My boss told me Kelly I went to see a friend who worked at a different Honda dealership, believing he’d be able to get me the best price out there. My boss told me Kelly Honda would blow his numbers right out of the water. She was right and I’ve never looked back. Now it’s 2024 and I just signed my 6th consecutive lease - with Kelly Honda. More

Had a test drive for 11:00 am which was scheduled by Andres the day before, for a 2020 Honda CRV listed on CarMax (and still is) for one price. I showed up and was directed to Amy who said car was bein Andres the day before, for a 2020 Honda CRV listed on CarMax (and still is) for one price. I showed up and was directed to Amy who said car was being checked over as newly received and did I want to test drive something similar. Long story short, Kyle the sales manager claimed price on carfax ‘was’ a mistake and fixed w/i 2 minutes (lie as still posted) AND ad CLEARLY says ‘ PRICED TO MOVE A GREAT TIME BUY This SUV is priced $9700 below JD Power retail YET price jumped $11,000 ‘just to cover price they paid’ according to Kyle after I was dragged there to test drive it (after confirming price and milage with Andres the day prior). I would never buy something from them as a result. MA AG may be interested to hear this scam tactic. More
