I have been a Colonial Ford customer for over 18 years now. My service advisor Brad kept me up to speed on the diagnosis and repair of my vehicle. I had a complicated front suspension issue that the servi now. My service advisor Brad kept me up to speed on the diagnosis and repair of my vehicle. I had a complicated front suspension issue that the service department did their do-diligence to and the car came out of the shop driving like brand new. I can't say enough good about this dealership. As a family we have bought 5 + vehicles at Colonial Ford. Everyone from sales, service, parts and the body shop go above and beyond. Over the years we have used every department, and have never been disappointed More

As always Kyle was great I wish Jacquie recommended a Monday appointment due to ongoing transmission concerns. Upon checking in I learning they have a specialist on Mondays. Please know as a customer I am ok if particular problems/concerns can only be addressed on particular days transmissions are very specialized. Also thank you to the tech that finally figured out the knocking noise in the roof of my truck can’t believe Ford won’t fix it with a premium care warranty. More
