I had the pleasure of purchasing a used Audi SQ5 from the Scott Clark Honda team. My salesman Travis Moffitt was on time for our appointment, professional, and very kind. Renan was great help, I came in looking to trade in my Tesla model 3 for a Honda Accord and I had a price and payment in mind and we were able to accomplish that goal. He’s very knowledgeable on the vehic Tesla model 3 for a Honda Accord and I had a price and payment in mind and we were able to accomplish that goal. He’s very knowledgeable on the vehicles he’s selling, he works quickly, and he’s also understanding that the customers have goals too. Also, I worked with Roy Hamilton in finance towards the end of my visit and he’s a great guy. Works very quickly and he’s extremely easy to talk to. My visit to Scott Clark Honda was nothing short of exceptional. It may have been a little long, but I had a goal in mind and we were able to accomplish that. More

Requested information on the vehicle told him I had a trade in ask them to evaluate the trade in and give me a out the door price and then nothing. Another Dealer Way Below Actual Value. I requested price and a trade in value from them. The BIG sticking point was my trade in as a Blind Appraisal. I WAS going to come in for an actual Visual Appraisal BU and a trade in value from them. The BIG sticking point was my trade in as a Blind Appraisal. I WAS going to come in for an actual Visual Appraisal BUT after a $3500 BELOW offer I declined. KBB has my 2019 Hyundai Elantra GT at $22,500. They offered $19,000. How can they stay in business with such disregard to a TRUE value to a consumer?? That doesn't even come up as ANY value because it doesn't exist. A number that was pulled out of thin air. I am glad I didn't waste my Time or Gas for that magical number. Since Covid-19 issues, about every dealership I have dealt with they are just in it for profit. New or Used, it doesn't matter. They are getting HUGE PROFIT. Dealership is NOT recommended unless you like magical numbers for your trade. More
