So we thought we would pester the local guy and get to drive our car of choice.. We were greeted by Kyle Harsh who made us feel very comfortable in our request for a special color and model.. unfortunately this dealer did not have one either, but they had a 2016 Bettle convertible in metalic gray with on 4500 miles and it was being certified for two more years.. we squabbled about $$$ ands then my wife worked over Chuck Whitley.. Final results were we now have a 2016 Bettle SEL convertible and we are excited to get it back to Cleveland and enjoy it for years to come.. THANKS VW OF NAPLES More

Just bought my 2017 Passat I purchased my new car last Friday but I researched & prices it from Miami to Ft Lauderdale to Naples & north to Tampa. When I found my color & price , I closed my deal in Naples ( I live in Sarasota) . My expectation was minimal since I fought so hard on price, what I received was SPECTACULAR service from before I arrived ( phones calls, when I pulled up , until & after I drove away) . Kyle Harsh treated me like I paid over sticker rather than well below. His thoroughness and knowledge of my car really impressed me .(like I said - I went to multiple dealers & many poor sales people) .. Kyle exceeded every expectation! I may not live close to Naples but I will get my big services done there & I will be back in the future for more new cars . More
