I had a salesperson laughing at me regarding selling the Buick I bought at this dealership back to the dealership, telling me my 2016 Loaded regal was worth $300 because it MIGHT need extra work. He thought that was hilarious - I wasn't laughing. If I never have to deal with this location again I will be THRILLED. If anyone asks about purchasing from this location I will strongly suggest they visit the Ferndale buick dealer instead. Your cashier is very nice - despite what she puts up with. More
