I had to bring my 2022 RAM 2500 back in after getting an oil change. Turns out they failed to properly tighten the oil filter and it leaked oil in my garage and oil was in various areas on my undercarriage oil change. Turns out they failed to properly tighten the oil filter and it leaked oil in my garage and oil was in various areas on my undercarriage after driving with the leak, They did do another oil change for free and were supposed to clean up where the oil had leaked. They did not do so. I cleaned it myself as best I could when I got home. Kyle was informative and helpful but the mechanic did not do what he was supposed to do. I would have a difficult time recommending this service dept. This is the 2nd time I've had issues with the service dept. In both cases it was the mechanic and work performed, not the individuals I dealt with when brining in my vehicle More

Clear and concise explanation of recall repair procedures from Mr. Gunter. A very respectful and professional young man who strived to meet our needs in relation to having our factory recall repaired. 2 pa from Mr. Gunter. Kyle coordinated our bringing the Van into the Service shop so only one trip was necessary to complete the 2 recall repairs. He initiated fone Cals with great communication and good listening skills. We appreciate Don Davis's assigning our recalls to Kyle as the whole process has been smoothly handled. More

Kyle worked hard to rectify the terrible service provided in my previous visits. My RAM TRX was shaking when i accelerated and in braking, the team their told me the tired were rotated and spin balanced. t in my previous visits. My RAM TRX was shaking when i accelerated and in braking, the team their told me the tired were rotated and spin balanced. this was a lie, i also had grease leaking from my axle and transfer case. they hadnt updated the software in my truck and i question if they even performed the oil change which i paid for and took 6 hours. if it weren't for kyle i would not return. i waited 4 hours for them to locate and then write the ticket for 2 parts!!! OEM parts. i'm debating taking my vehicle to another dealership, there have to RAM service departments that take pride in the product they put out. this one does not. More
