Do NOT buy from this dealership. They sell JUNK!!!! Bought one used car in December. It had a bad engine. They did take it back though and gave me another one. It had major water lea They sell JUNK!!!! Bought one used car in December. It had a bad engine. They did take it back though and gave me another one. It had major water leaks. They did fix it. But a month later the transmission is out, and they want $6700.00 to repair. And they won't do a thing about it. Their attitude is, "So sad, to bad". I'm disabled, have limited income. Now I don't even have a way to get to doctors' appointment or anything else. These people are a sad excuse for a dealership. For your own sake, don't deal with them. More

Recently purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 from Mike Castrucci Ford in Milford. Our first purchase with this dealership and we will definitely be back. All told, we spent just less than 2 hours there, including the test drive. Thanks again, MCF! More

Absolutely shameful place to even walk in. I tried doing business with this company and not only were the salesmen very sexiest and said sexual things to my wife and I. They tried giving us the run around and the xxxx cars on their lot. Each location should be shut down and all are horrible. The guy thought it was so cool that my wife and I are two females and kept making sexual jokes, as well as gay jokes which we didn’t appreciate. More

I was driving my grandfather's old truck that was handed down to me and it was rather old and needed a I came in nervous, unsure, and very undecided. I was driving my grandfather's old truck that was handed down to me and it was rather old and needed a lot of work. I checked out and decided to trade it in for a newer, nicer, more economic car. 3 weeks after the purchase the battery went bad on my new used car. When I came in to see if they could help me out I was greeted( as always) by friendly faces, smiles, understanding, and very helpful individuals. My battery was replaced at no cost to me. The service department was informative and kind. I highly recommend Maki Castrucci Ford to anyone who likes friendly and helpful service. More
