I'd avoid this dealership at all costs. They were not completely honest or forthright about the vehicle I purchased from them. Found the truck on line.... way into the deal only then did They were not completely honest or forthright about the vehicle I purchased from them. Found the truck on line.... way into the deal only then did they disclose, and after we asked about mileage were we told that this was a loaner vehicle with 600+ miles on it. We flew in from out of town to complete the transaction. With minor snags things went well and we left confident that we had done everything correctly. We had submitted our loan approval paperwork to the dealership for them to complete and send back to the lending bank. When it came time for my automatic payment to be made, I discovered that there was no loan and that the loan offer had expired because Bill Utter Ford failed to submit the loan paperwork to the lending bank. To show how on top of things that this dealership - is not - When I called them on a three-way with my bank they were not even aware that they were almost $30,000 short because the loan was not consummated nor the funds transferred. No telling how long this would have gone on if I had not initiated an inquiry. Further, because the loan had expired, I would have had to apply for a new loan at possibly a different(higher interest rate). We elected to do the right thing and pay them with a wire transfer. An additional rub with Bill Utter Ford is that they are horrible at communication. Their transparence is Also exceedingly poor. I have attempted to communicate with them and this only results impartial or what I feel is indifferent, irresponsible and unresponsiveness. They never follow up.......... As far as their propaganda on their phone recording goes, I do not see any commitment to the customer, Period!! This is still not resolved. I have no new clear title contract or any idea when I will get plates and inspection sticker from this lethargic dealership. More

My salesman Logan Moore was awesome every step of the way from first contact, to finding the truck I wanted to closing the deal. No pressure at any point. He was very professional & knowledgeable of the truck I purchased. He explained all the options & even set up the link between my mobile phone to the truck & radio channels. The financial part of the transaction with Kyle was short & sweet. All the warranty options were explained and no pressure to purchase. I did pick an extended warranty that fit my needs. I highly recommend Logan Moore & Bill Utter Ford for your next vehicle! More

I had a great experience with this dealership till I got to the financial kid. I told him 3 times I did not want their warranty we signed paperwork on a screen. However, I did not see paperwork till today. They charged me $4500.00 for warranty which matched my down payment. To be fair I did not discover this till 9 months later as paperwork was done on digital screen folded put in envelope. What makes me mad is That I said repeatedly I did not want. Guys look at your paperwork very careful they will screw you! No way warranty matches my downpayment. More
