Deserves zero starts. Been a customer of 10 years, purchased two brand new infinity q50, 39 month lease followed by another 39 month lease + purchase after. Have 2017 infi Been a customer of 10 years, purchased two brand new infinity q50, 39 month lease followed by another 39 month lease + purchase after. Have 2017 infinity with 77k miles that’s one owner, well maintained and had recent service at Ziegler at 73k miles. Engine seized, they wanted 20k for new engine for a car that’s not even worth 20k. Offered to even purchase a 3rd Infinity if they would work with us on a current car via trade in and they offered laughable 1k for trade in of 2017 q50 with 77k miles. Apparently this is a big issue with q50 motors (found similar cases all over the internet). They tried to blame it on lack of service and it being past 70k miles but I didn’t buy Infinity for entire engine to seize and need to be replaced at 77k miles. Awful dealership, doesn’t value repeat loyal customers, will not work with you if issues arise - instead deferring blame on you for lack of service (have all records of proper service) for a well know problem that simple google search will show dozens of similar cases on the very first page. Stay away as far as you can. Nothing but stress, headache, and blame on a customer for a 50k car that engines don’t last to 100k miles. Dealer was absolutely useless in trying to help and made a case even worse with Infinity USA. Save yourselves some time, money and stress and look elsewhere. More

So disappointed in yet another visit. Won't be going back after this visit for sevice.cant even begin to explain this time driver got lost yet again after giving turn by turn direction Won't be going back after this visit for sevice.cant even begin to explain this time driver got lost yet again after giving turn by turn directions 3rd time now I have been stranded twice now as weather gets colder but telling me nothing is wrong. Last time I had to take a video and then the transmission had to be replaced but was told on numerous occasions nothings wrong based on our CODES. Same thing this time our code don't show anything even though I've been stranded twice. Then today after the driver figured out where we were he left me with a tank literally below empty the gauge didn't even register. I had to chase him down tell him to follow me to a station so I didn't get stranded again. Then I specifically told the service guy that my oil change was due as well showing him my winder sticker but they didn't do that either. So days and nothing was done but left me with a bone dry tank and more miles on my car More

I’ve been to this dealer since before it became Zeigler, and was Motor Werks, and have had great service up until my last visit. I left my Infiniti QX80 for 5 days to get serviced, and had a replacement. I and was Motor Werks, and have had great service up until my last visit. I left my Infiniti QX80 for 5 days to get serviced, and had a replacement. I left with their loaner having gas filled halfway. Antwan , service rep, let me know to make sure the gas was filled halfway upon return or I would get charged the airport rate, and I agreed. Once home, my wife and I noticed our vehicle had scratches on the passenger side door. I also was looking at the charges and noticed that I was charged a couple days later for not filling the gas tank up to 5/8; which I was confused about since I had been explicitly told to do it halfway, the way I received it. Not only do I now have scratches on my black suv, but I am also getting charged extra for not filling it up to 5/8 of the way. I made sure to fill my tank to the level at which I received the vehicle and to the level I was instructed to do so. I have already called their department and was told there is nothing that can be done. I am extremely disappointed in their service since I have been a customer since I originally purchased the vehicle from Motor Werks. I hope to get this resolved soon. More
