I wasn't going to respond to the survey requests because I don't have anything good to say. However you keep sending me these requests so now you're going to get it. That's the last time I'll use good when referring to the dealership. Long story short, the GM, John Guido, parades's dog around the showroom and doesn't appear to give a xxxx about his customers . Their Corvette inspection program failed miserably. Right after walking out of the last office to pick up my car I was notified it would be another 4 days before they could give it to me due to a software download problem. Anyway several failed inspection points later I now choose to go to a different dealership for service on this vehicle.
