I had to bring my car back twice because of misdiagnosis! I told Kurt and Reggie what the diagnosis was because I took it to another auto shop 1st! So I brought it to Chevrolet because I knew the service was covered under warranty! Well Reggie gave a different diagnosis which cost me $1485!! Then the check engine light came back on which indicated the 1st diagnosis I told them it was! My CAT-CONVERTER!! I felt as though I was SCAMMED BEING A WOMAN! They gave me a loaner vehicle so I can get back and forth! But no one offered my money back! When I hand my Acura almost same situation! But they made it right and ATE $3200 for they mishap! That’s what I think is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! TAKING RESPONSIBILITY AND HOLDING YOUR EMPLOYEES ACCOUNTABLE
