I arrived with check in hand to complete the deal, but after more than two hours at the store with my fiancée and elderly father, I was told I had to pay $600 more for tags and title. When I questioned it, the sales manager claimed a “new Maryland law” required the fee, which I later confirmed is not true. This was an illegal post-contract price increase and a misrepresentation of Maryland law. The next day they texted me that they would honor the original price, but the experience had already wasted hours of my time and destroyed my trust in the dealership. I am filing complaints with the Maryland Attorney General, Maryland MVA, FTC, and BBB.

How did I not disclose truthful information regarding the registration details? I simply did not need you guys to order permanent plates since we'd be ordering specialty plates through the police union. Moreover, dealer processing fees are in place just for this purpose, to absorb costs for processing the deal. If you guys didn't charge enough for that, that's not my fault.
Your sales manager, on Friday night, straight up said "We f**ed up" and even acknowledge that he would be upset to have to come out of pocket $600 himself in the same situation. Regardless, your dealership sent me a signed purchase agreement for the agreed upon amount, a signed quote for the same amount, and when I clarified the discrepancy prior, adjusted the purchase agreement to match the quote amount. Specifically so I could send it to my bank to get the loan approved and the check cut.
I have all the receipts, texts, and emails, and I'm happy to share them with you, as I plan to share with the MVA, Attorney General's Office, FTC, and the CEO of your auto group.
What you guys pulled was a classic bait and switch, point blank. I even offered to come out of pocket the $600 after the fact since I was exhausted and just wanted to go home and then was told we'd have to wait even longer to talk to finance. At that point, I was done.
In my letter I sent on Saturday, I stated I would be happy to complete the deal for the agreed upon price, if the car was detailed and delivered to me (since I already had to drive back and forth twice), was inspected by my mechanic (since the bait and switch made me lose trust in the dealership, leading me to be skeptical about the mechanical soundness of the car), and if you guys simply apologized to my fiancee and father.
I even called back to speak to your general manager, twice, with no response.
You guys screwed up, and tried to pass the buck to me, and then didn't have the decency to even respond to me when I called to try and work it out the next day.

Kunta has never responded or reached out no missed calls, messages, or emails. I have called probably 40times. His secretary has confirmed he’s in his office but fails to respond every time.
