Dishonest sales experience: During negotiation, I stated clearly that I would be paying cash (no financing needed) and take responsibility for all the state of MD costs for titling and registering the vehic clearly that I would be paying cash (no financing needed) and take responsibility for all the state of MD costs for titling and registering the vehicle (taxes, tags, etc.) to simplify the process and to let the dealer know that we did not need this service. We agreed to a price. In the next steps the dealer then inserted a $800 DOC fee. When I inquired what this is for, I was told it was required by the State of Maryland. This is patently false. After further research (we did not complete the sale), Maryland General Assembly statute §15–311.1 (d) states: A contract for the sale of a vehicle shall contain a statement, in 12 point type or larger, on the contract form as follows: “Dealer processing charge (not required by law): $....”. Essentially, a dealer is allowed (not required) by the State of MD to charge up to a maximum of $800 and the dealer is supposed to inform you of this charge and explain, upon request, what is included in this fee. Moreover, this fee is considered taxable, i.e. the State of MD adds it into the total price when calculating the vehicle tax owed. The sales people were not honest with us. If the dealer does not want to accept the price we offered, I have no problem with that (I respect that) but to agree and then to try to insert additional charges and falsely state these fees are required by the State of MD is dishonest. I would strongly suggest avoiding this dealership. More

I bought a 2017 jeep cherokee 5 weeks ago from Ourisman Jeep in Bowie (it will came with a limited warranty for 2 months that excludes brake pads and rotors). My brakes starting squeeling and they just tol Jeep in Bowie (it will came with a limited warranty for 2 months that excludes brake pads and rotors). My brakes starting squeeling and they just told me to replace all 4 pads and rotors will cost $2,400! Are you kidding me? Has anyone paid that much for a brake job? And even though I had a service appointment scheduled, it took them over 3 days to give me the estimate. Need less to say, I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealer nor will I have them service the vehicle - ever! I love the Jeep but this is absurd. More

They lie Prices look good on the internet then the fees on the back end dont make it worth it. Kunta is some kind of manager he lies Cynthia was my sales person she didn't know anything about the options on the Grand Cherokee which I paid cash for. And the finance gut treated my wife and I like trash. When the tags and registration came in and mailed to me, I only had 6 months on the tag. Now I have to deal with DMV in six months. I paid for more time, and 800 dollars for Ourisman to do the paperwork. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE< ANYWHERE ELSE YOU WILL SAVE IN THE LONG RUN More

I had a great sales person named Raymond and I was buying a pre owned T4R Online. After multiple phone calls and negotiating. We agreed upon a price on Tuesday, July 16, 2024. I made a several thousand doll a pre owned T4R Online. After multiple phone calls and negotiating. We agreed upon a price on Tuesday, July 16, 2024. I made a several thousand dollar deposit. They took my personal information, my insurance and drivers license information. And the next day After multiple phone calls from me I saw them increase the price on the listing overnight instead of removing it from an online presence. No one would return my call. I asked how I could finish paying for the vehicle and make arrangements to pick it up. Finally after 10’hours and several messages (and the GSM office disconnected me) , Aaron Tucker called and reneged on the deal. He said they couldn’t honor the price they agreed to. This $800 million dealership could not honor and have integrity for a deal finalized and a deposit made in good faith, which they accepted from hard-working Out Of State single mom who found what she wanted at an affordable price. Basically, they’re saying they made agreement to sell it to me at a price that didn’t make them enough money, so now they aren’t showing integrity and refused to sell the vehicle. They accepted a deposit on it. They have a sale. We Discussed picking me up from the airport, told me how far the beaches were so that I could do some ocean visiting while I was in the area. —clearly intended to sell me the vehicle unless they’re just scraping personally identifying information to somehow using a negative manner. I’m extremely disappointed and would Just like them to show integrity honor the deal and complete the sale at the price we agreed. Its what comes out when you're squeezed that matters. Ourisman CDJR of Bowie shows no probity. Sad really, example of the haves preying on the little guy. Definitely epitomizes some rich men north of Richmond.. More
