We are discerning consumers, especially with automobiles (BMW brand loyalists for over 30+ years). James Tan was the difference. He made our purchasing decision seamless and effortless. In short, James is a consummate professional who is a great listener and made earnest efforts to accommodate us. His in-depth knowledge of the Maserati brand and the Lavente Modena S was masterful and made our purchasing decision very efficient and stress-free. As I transitioned from James to Krystie for the finalization of the sale, the exemplary service continued. My family and I left, with my wife raving about their complimentary coffee, happy new owners of a fantastic automobile. However, the service and assistance from James didn't stop as we left.
