If you go to this dealer I highly recommend that you request Krystal Cortez. I was a first time buyer and you know how nerve wrecking that can be but thankfully I got her because she was more than happy request Krystal Cortez. She was super consistent and didn't get any pushy feeling at all unlike other places. She was good at answering any questions I had and if she didn't know she made sure to find out very quickly. Super friendly and professional even when the store was closed she replied to my email and helped me schedule an appointment to see the car. The car buying process is a moment to remember so the service you get is something you want to remember in a positive light. No one wants to get some grumpy person who feels too pushy or acts like they can care less if you buy the car or not and if you want a guarantee that your service will be just as good as the car you are looking to buy ask for Krystal Cortez i promise you wont regret it i know i didn't. More
Just picked up our new 2021 GLS63 from Dez. This is our 10th Mercedes from this dealership. We live in San Diego, but the local dealers are nowhere near as transparent and forthright as Dez. We custom ordered the SUV in December/January and given the chip shortages, we had to painfully endure delays in production. But, Dez was extremely diligent in monitoring the status and furnishing updates. Since MB is suspending production of V8's for AMGs and similar cars, Dez and Long Beach could have easily sold this for well above list given current market dynamics. Yet, Dez and Long Beach honored our deal and sold it to us at list. That's loyalty and customer service! More

Today we went to the finance office to deliver the check. What an awful experience. We were treated so poorly by Joe Turett. He was unfriendly and very unprofessional. One word answers, no engagement or customer service. He made my husband and I feel as if we were an interruption to his day. We spoke to the manager who made excuses say “that was just the way Joe was” and then proceeded to tell us he was just given a promotion! Wow! Our experience was ruined by poor customer service. So sad a company like this employees folks line him. More
Took my Sprinter van in for recall work. When I made the appointment, I was told 2 days. This turned into 4 days,(waiting for parts) which turned into 8 days.(waiting for parts) No communication from the se appointment, I was told 2 days. This turned into 4 days,(waiting for parts) which turned into 8 days.(waiting for parts) No communication from the service advisor. I called repeatedly and left multiple messages. The day before taking the van for the recall, I noticed a small fuel leak on top of the fuel filter, so I advised them about this, and told them I thought it just looked like a bad connection of one of the fuel lines. After the van had been there for 8 days, "waiting for parts", only then was I informed that the fuel leak would cost $699.00 plus tax to fix. I declined because this sounded outrageous!! Well, it was outrageous!! The next day I took the van to an independent shop near my house. They charged me $21.98 to replace a 12 inch fuel line!!!! Obviously, I will not be returning to Long Beach Mercedes!! More
I've been putting off getting a new card because the exhausting process (in the past) is so anxiety provoking for me. I've had 2 Mercedes in the past, and never had a bad experience. On a whim, I began looking online and searched all the MB dealerships around and, by far, Mercedes Benz of Long Beach had the best inventory and most competitive prices. So, I sent an email inquiry about one of their vehicles and within an hour, the Internet Sales Manager (Joel Turett) got in touch with me. Even with less than perfect credit, Joel had me financed in about 20 minutes. The next day I came in, test drove a couple vehicles I liked and finally settled on one. I got a more than expected fair trade on my old Mercedes, and was leaving there in a short time with my new car. In the past when car shopping (especially at MB dealerships), I've always felt I was treated "less than", because I wasn't buying $75,000+ car. Not the case here! From Joel, to the sales manager, to the woman in the finance department... everyone was so kind and helpful. I'm not one to write reviews often, but I felt I needed to express my positive experience, especially with Joel. You can't go wrong contacting him if you're in the market for a Mercedes. He's patient, has been working there for over a decade so he is beyond knowledgeable, and, most importantly, never once pressured me or made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. The entire dealership operates like a well oiled machine with a team atmosphere and I believe that is evidenced by all these positive reviews. You guys have a lifelong customer... Thank you!. More

This guy wasn't wearing his mask on or wasn't using it correctly . I visited the service department on Dec. 22/2020 around 1 pm in order to drop our Sprinter 2500. Also, the next day around 1pm for picking up our van. Both days, this selfish and inconsiderate guy went around breathing on everything. With no empathy at all. Everybody in the Service Department was wearing masks. This guy didn't care. To the owner and the Service Manager of Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach: .... Having freedom and rights doesn't means put people at risk !!! You need to follow the protocols and guidelines if you want to remain open. Covid-19 is killing thousands of people. We all have to do our part, otherwise stay at home. If you need more information , I will glad to pass it to you. Thanks for your good service. More
