Hands down the best car buying experience of my life thus far! Family members referred us to Novak after having wonderful experiences with them, so when my husband saw that they had two Subaru's I had been e far! Family members referred us to Novak after having wonderful experiences with them, so when my husband saw that they had two Subaru's I had been eyeing on the lot, I had to check them out. Joel is extremely personable and knowledgeable about the industry and took the time to listen to my concerns. He took me on two dynamic test drives that made me feel so comfortable and confident in my decision. Hans in finance made the paperwork portion of the car-buying experience an all around good time! Thanks to the team at Novak, I got my dream mom-car!! More
