Our experience with Executive Chevrolet was exceptional from making the initial appointment to sitting down with Kristen, test driving and closing the deal. Mary was also very helpful and explained the fi from making the initial appointment to sitting down with Kristen, test driving and closing the deal. Mary was also very helpful and explained the financing and extended warranty very clearly. We also appreciated that Shaun not only once but a few times checked on us during the process and made sure he said good bye while we were outside. Can't say enough on how happy both my husband and I are with our experience. Oh and I just love my Trax which I named Ellie. Will definitely share my experience with my friends and family. One last thing I want to mention, while there on Sat Nov 1st we were impessed with the service area itself and the fact there were only a few people waiting. To us that says a lot both about your product and the service itself. More
