I got an appointment very easily. Just bought this car (second telluride I’ve purchased) and my door panel is chipped very badly within the last few months seems like a manufacturer Just bought this car (second telluride I’ve purchased) and my door panel is chipped very badly within the last few months seems like a manufacturer error. I hardly have passengers in my vehicle whatsoever so this does not sit right with me. Hoping this can come to a reasonable resolution. If not, I will continue to make sure this situation is heard. Justin X was walking by and I approached him, trying to see if there could be something done. He listened to my concerns, inspected it and spoke with other workers and stated I could come in on a Thursday to have someone look at it, that it wouldn’t be an exact match but something could be done. When checking out with Kristen S. She wasn’t aware of the communication had with Justin and I. Stating in my paperwork and in person that I would be responsible for the repairs at $1,290 with additional labor cost of $79. No communication that the tire rotation cost extra. Was not pleased about that. Oil change took around 1 hr 20 mins. More

I was in to have my vehicle serviced. It was estimated I'd be there for 1 hour and that's all it took. Everyone was nice. The waiting room was clean and cozy.
