Untrustworthy, it is always something with this dealer. They jeopardized my credit by running multiple unauthorized pulls. When it comes to their service department be sure to hold on to your bolts. I thin They jeopardized my credit by running multiple unauthorized pulls. When it comes to their service department be sure to hold on to your bolts. I think they are removing parts from vehicles. They make you sign a blank document on an iPad before they will start the service and then try to jack the price up on you after the service. My truck was spotless before they ran it through the “car wash”. They left oil all over the driver’s side and did not dry or wax. They did not reset the oil life indicator. Very disappointed overall especially with the service advisor who was extremely rude and needs training in regards to the pricing and customer service. Stop making excuses and check the manual if you are unsure on the correct quarts. They do actually “put a sign on the side of the truck that tells the quarts”. It has a Z71 badge on it. It also has a Jim Glover Chevrolet badge on the back. That will most likely change in the near future. More

JIM glover Chevrolet won't do what they promised and are paid to do. They sold me an extended warranty for 40,000 which should have been for 140,000 only ended up being 39,800 miles. POOR SERVICE. Don’t recommend unless you want long waits, rushed service and poor quality. I Scheduled oil change, rotate tires and look at brakes on 2022 Chevy pu Don’t recommend unless you want long waits, rushed service and poor quality. I Scheduled oil change, rotate tires and look at brakes on 2022 Chevy purchased from Jim Glover. THREE (3) Hours later charged for oil change on a Diesel truck, my truck is gas. They had to call the tech to make sure proper oil was used. Said nothing wrong with brakes. Went to leave tire light was on. Rep stated he saw that but not reported on paperwork. Check tire pressure and tires were rotated but tire pressure was not changed. Now 3 1/2 hours later. Tire pressure fixed. I get a few miles down the road and get a call. The dealership was looking for keys they lost and thought might have left in my truck. Get home check air filter it was never checked. Brakes still squealing. Called multiple time no call back. Got ahold of assistant General Manager on a Friday said he would find out and Call back Monday. Never heard back. Called the number under owner name and finally got a call back from Kristen Glover, she had the Service manager call me back. Got truck back in to replace brakes. Told truck was finished and can pick up after service hours. It would be washed and sitting out front. Keys at the reception desk. Arrived to pick it up. It was not washed, not out front, and no one could find the keys. Over an hour after arriving to pick up my truck. Service manager shows up brings me my keys and said he had no excuse. NOT ACCEPTABLE SERVICE. Never a call back to try and make the issues right. More
