Not finding what I wanted to look at close home, I expanded my search and found what I wanted to see at Sunshine. Since it was 100 miles and 2 hours away I called first. It was my good fortune that expanded my search and found what I wanted to see at Sunshine. Since it was 100 miles and 2 hours away I called first. It was my good fortune that I was put in contact with Krista. She double-checked that they still had it and called me right back to tell me that she had the keys in her hand and that it would be there when I arrived (a manager at another dealership I had contacted failed to notice that the vehicle I wanted to see was in the body shop. I drove 1 hour only to turn around without seeing the vehicle). I decided that vehicle wasn't what I wanted, but was so impressed that Krista made the effort to assure that it would there when I got there that I did go back and purchased another vehicle from her. I drove right by the local Toyota dealership twice to go to Sunshine because of Krista and the interest she took in helping me find the right car. No doubt that I would drive the 2 hours and work with her again. More
