So i just want to start with the fact that im very upset with Hyundai service. They made my experience with there Tuscan xxxx. Over charged me and everything. Trying to buy a car I've been interested in buying a 2017 Toyota 4runner since I'm a Toyota fanatic and I really enjoy Toyota products. I have called this dealership mul I've been interested in buying a 2017 Toyota 4runner since I'm a Toyota fanatic and I really enjoy Toyota products. I have called this dealership multiple times a day for the past 4 day since I live in Richmond, Virginia, and I found the listing online. I was negotiating with them and agreeing on a deal before I make the long trip up there. I called them back the next day and it's the same story and I get no help. I have talked to associates and the sales manager and all they say is, "I'll get back to you," which never happened. I was eager and excited to make a deal with them, but they clearly are not interested. I was disappointed with the result of my experience and the time I wasted dealing with such an unprofessional dealership. More
