Sales department is great. Service depth. Bad. Had my car towed there, called for 2 days trying to find out what happened. I was just out of warranty and told by corporate t Service depth. Bad. We asked service advisor said no, didn't even try. Never go back for service there. Sales Lawrence is great. We have bought 7 cars there. More

Inland dealer is my dealer for 8 years, I bought my first Sonata from them and today I bought my Tucson. Their service department is inexcusably inept. I brought my very-low mileage new car in to them multiple times to investigate an engine noise that suggested a serious problem which Corporate Hyundai has bee my very-low mileage new car in to them multiple times to investigate an engine noise that suggested a serious problem which Corporate Hyundai has been very open about acknowledging, and working on correcting. Not once did this dealership go to the trouble of seriously looking into it. Finally I brought it to another dealership, and they did a proper investigation and immediately found the problem I'd been worried about. Hyundai Corporate will now cover all the costs of correcting the problem, but if I'd stayed with Hyundai IE, my car would have become worthless junk in short order. Their service department also has no concept of an appointment (I've waited hours before they even looked at my car in a scheduled appointment), and when they installed cargo bars on my roof rack, the locking cover on one promptly fell off. They offered to replace the missing part under warranty, but I never heard from them again about it. I've owned a number of cars, and I've never seen such an incompetent dealer service department. More

Excellent, timely, above and beyond service! I received above and beyond service from Kris upon arrival for my appointment. He even tried to push my bumper back on that had been partially pulled I received above and beyond service from Kris upon arrival for my appointment. He even tried to push my bumper back on that had been partially pulled off from the snow this winter! When he couldnt do it all the way, he felt bad and assured me that "the guys" would try to do it. They did, which saved me a trip to the body shop (and expense!). Another dealer had told me he couldnt do it without even trying. Kris also made sure that my service was done quickly since I was in a hurry... he checked on my several times, and I was out in about 2 hours! Very surprising since that NEVER happened at the other dealer I had been going to. My only issue was the high fee to just look at my car to see what was wrong with it, but that was removed once they determined it was just a battery. GREAT JOB!!! More
