You failed on at least 3 occasions to adequately investigate a problem involving faulty piston rings on my Kona--despite a recall letter from Hyundai about this exact problem being likely in my car--with the result that now my car needs to have its engine replaced. I'm fortunate that Hyundai corporate has done the right thing, and agreed to make the replacement at no cost to me. I'm also fortunate that there's another Hyundai dealership not too far from me with a competent service department that took the trouble to actually look for the problem. I'll provide further details in a private e-mail.
