Bob was AMAZING! ! I got into an accident that totaled my car and needed one ASAP, and I really liked one of the cars on their lot. Most dealers are a pain but this wa ! I got into an accident that totaled my car and needed one ASAP, and I really liked one of the cars on their lot. Most dealers are a pain but this was the best experience. I was worried it would be a hassle and feel pressured but it was the opposite! He wasn’t pushy at all and let me decide what I wanted. He worked the numbers for me and explained everything so I wasn’t confused. I ended up leaving with a newer, better car! I’m so grateful for the experience and I will be back! More

Jarvis was awesome to work with! ! From the time we walked in the door everyone was friendly and greeted you with 'we are so glad you are here". We had been looking at the Santa Fe lo ! From the time we walked in the door everyone was friendly and greeted you with 'we are so glad you are here". We had been looking at the Santa Fe locally but got a wonderful deal at Columbia Hyundai. Jarvis, Dan, and Chris made the process smooth and they were not pushy and understood our needs.. Jarvis did everything helping move our stuff over from our vehicle and helped my husband transfer to the Santa FE.
