However Tommy Durant made my regular service even better. He has always been able to listen to my concerns and provide me excellent supreme and genuine service. I would not want to see anyone esle but him for my service. He cares about his customers and that's what really Matters to me. Time and time again he has gone over and above for me to get me the answers I need or provide me the right service. Additionally, our sales experiences there at Superstition Springs Honda have been exceptional which is why we keep returning back there for purchases of new vehicles. The sales people are kind and courteous. Yes there are incentives to sell a car but the sales guys in all my experiences have been outstanding! They listen and work with you to make every car purchase a win win. And they are friendly. I felt like by the end of our vehicle purchases we became friends with the sales and finance staff. I could not say enough to commend the entire staff there at Superstition Springs Honda, more specifically Tommy Durante. More

I had p Having just moved to the US from abroad, I had no credit history but urgently needed a car after spending a ridiculous amount on a rental car. I had previously owned a Honda SUV, so Honda was one of my first choices, along with several other brands. I visited various dealerships and, after the usual sales spiel, was offered ridiculously bad financing conditions due to my lack of a credit history, despite having ample verifiable income. When I got to Honda Superstition Springs, Michael Lacy was extremely helpful, and worked with the finance team to get me the best deal they could. I wasn't able to purchase a new Pilot Touring like I had hoped, but they arranged for financing on a certified pre-owned 2015 Pilot 4WD SE - a much better deal than I was offered by other brands. Needless to say, this is the only dealership I will consider for the foreseeable future. More

I had to call your sales dept. in order to reach the salesman. My car was repaired but again I had to call to find out when the car would be finished. I was told that the shaking of the front end was 99% gone, not true. The shake is still there at 65 to 70 miles per hour. More

Be firm on your price Their internet price was good compared to other dealerships in the area, and with that information and a firm price in my mind for a particular model Their internet price was good compared to other dealerships in the area, and with that information and a firm price in my mind for a particular model I went for a visit. Carl, our salesman, was pleasant and informative on the car; we did the test drive, and took a day to think about it. Before we left, and when we came back, I was upfront about the maximum price we'd accept, and they said they could easily match that or maybe even go lower. Once we decided on the car, of course, they came back with a sheet with a purchase price almost $1000 higher than what we'd already discussed. When I repeated what our maximum price was, the "contract person" went to talk to someone else in the back; about five minutes later he came back and gave us the good news that they could do our price. So I wondered, why the games with the $1000 higher price? The same thing happened in finance next. We were offered, and declined, the extended warranty for $3500. But when we did, he printed out a form with a "late-in-the-month special" (not offered until right then) that was only $1750. (We still declined.) Dollar amounts just came and went; lower numbers appeared when we said we weren't interested in a higher number. The bottom line: the salesman was pleasant, the car is nice and the delivery process was pretty quick. But beware of prices that don't stay as low as they seem; have a firm price in mind. More

She offered a rental car and when the Pilot was finished in just a few hours she called and let me know that it was finished. My car was under warranty and I had no out of pocket expenses, can't ask for any better service than that. Thank you. More
