On April 20, 2024, My husband and I needed another car badly, due to our car ac and heater would not work any more. When we got our second vehicle from Honda we were promised that we can refinanced it in badly, due to our car ac and heater would not work any more. When we got our second vehicle from Honda we were promised that we can refinanced it in a year. When the year came we were told by several other refinance companies that we owe to much. Honda purposely made it were we are unable to refinance the vehicle. They con us into the vehicle as well. 4 months after having the vehicle we had to put an brand new engine inside. we spent in one year over $15,000.00 in just repair on the vehicle. The employees take a huge advantage of the public, in dying need of an vehicle. More

Mike Rutherford was so incredibly chauvinistic towards me. He kept inferring that I was 'confused' when in reality he kept talking in circles trying to confuse me. Do not do business with this man if you are a woman. He will not respect you, or your knowledge of how to do business. More

Went to look at, and purchase, a vehicle that was advertised as certified used. Vehicle was a lease return and had damage to the rear that was repaired poorly to say the least. I informed the sales advertised as certified used. Vehicle was a lease return and had damage to the rear that was repaired poorly to say the least. I informed the salespeople that we were in the market and had already test drove the same model with less mileage at a different location. "We'll beat the price and fix the issue with it." An hour later sitting inside we were quoted a higher price with multiple add-ons, that we were not interested in. So she runs off again and someone else comes over to "explain' it all to us. We discuss tint and doc fees and I'm told that it's a standard fee and ALL dealerships charge at least $599 and sometimes higher. Incorrect I let them know as it's not "standard" and I've been to other dealerships that charge $198 for the same fees and had been at one the week prior. We agree to a price and he has me sign the offer sheet. "That was easy, wasn't it?" was the comment before they walk off. We shake hands and they go off once again. The sales department or manager or Oz or whomever makes the decision said they won't honor the price and show us a price for almost $2,000 more. I'm sure it's all legal what they do and it's not a binding offer, but what a joke and a waste of my time. More

One of the best and easiest experiences I’ve had in a car dealerships. Mike & Koushi were very helpful and patient with me and walked me through the process and found me the car and color I wanted. Do NOT buy a Honda. 100% Do NOT buy an extended warranty because they will try to rip you off before telling you the problem. They steal or forget to put pieces back on your car when service is done. They charge you for work not completed. Example because of bad work in past I marked all 4 tires before rotation.
