We are very happy with the after sale process even more than the Purchase. We had a problem with an injector failing the very day after purchase and were told by outside voices that you guys would tell us than the Purchase. We had a problem with an injector failing the very day after purchase and were told by outside voices that you guys would tell us it’s our problem and leave us stranded so I call Kory and let him know the issue. Kory put me/us at ease and asked us to bring the vehicle to him Monday morning so we did. He checked our vehicle into service and brought us a loaner with a 3rd row to accommodate our big family and we were back on the road 30 minutes later. This morning Service called us to say the vehicle was repaired and we picked it up. I really feel like Kory made sure we weren’t left in the COLD, such a relief. More
