My experience started off rocky, but thanks to Kory & David it ended up being a GREAT Experience. The customer service from Kory Love was TOP TIER. Not Recommended - Disappointing Experience with one Positive comment only! I recently had an experience with David Stanley Chevrolet that I would not recommend. From the start, I was met with rudene Positive comment only! I recently had an experience with David Stanley Chevrolet that I would not recommend. From the start, I was met with rudeness when I called in to inquire about a truck. Maddi, who answered the sales line, actually laughed at me and questioned if I was "crazy" for asking if the dealership would honor an online sales price that was active just an hour prior. Not the level of professionalism you'd hope for. Another major issue arose when I was completing the paperwork. Since I was purchasing the vehicle from out of state, I wasn't able to sign the electronic paperwork immediately. This led to the dealership becoming impatient and even threatening to sell the truck to someone else, which came off as incredibly unprofessional and shady. When I finally arrived, after a long journey, I was disappointed to find discrepancies between what was advertised and what was actually presented in person. Although I was willing to overlook some minor inconsistencies, I was shocked by the condition of the tires - they were completely worn down, almost bald, with pieces literally falling off. It's shocking and a serious safety hazard to sell a vehicle in this condition, especially to someone driving it back across states. In addition to all this, the dealership's facilities were very poorly maintained—dirty and unkept, which did not inspire confidence. When we finally arrived home after a longer drive than expected because we did experience a FLAT TIRE, we found out that the passenger back door had no electricity running to it!! WE PAID 31K for this vehicle! The one positive aspect of this entire experience was working with Kory Love. He was polite and professional and even picked us up at the airport. If you decide to go with this dealership, definitely ask for Kory. Overall, I would recommend you find something other than David Stanley Chevrolet due to their customer service, lack of professionalism, and poor vehicle quality. More
