The best!!!! My sales man Kory is simply the BEST!! I got two cars from him over the past 3 years! However stay away from the manager Kory not honest and unpleasant, another manager who's named I can't remember also tried the same tricks. Had it not been for Karl I would have walked out of the dealership and never returned. Karl saved the day and I ended up with a good deal. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of Karl the managers cost the loss of one star. I recommend the dealership only if you deal with Karl Khalil. Frantzy Dabel assisted Karl and I found him to be both helpful and courteous. More

Think Twice Before Buying A New Car @ Toyota Of North Miami I used True Car to get a REAL PRICE. Kory SCREAMED how they honor the True Car Certificate Price!!! That is until you start to finalize the transactio I used True Car to get a REAL PRICE. Kory SCREAMED how they honor the True Car Certificate Price!!! That is until you start to finalize the transaction. Then the TRUE Deal comes out which is typical of most dealerships. Here comes the endless list of hidden charges!!! Then I spoke with Frantzy and advised him I wanted a quote for the same model car as I did Kory. I told Frantzy I was going to purchase the car immediately. Surprise once again I got a quote for a car that they didn't even have in stock. I guess the Immediately part wasn't understood. Lipton Toyota quoted me a price via email and delivered the car for exactly what they quoted. Plus they gave us 3 years of maintenance, 5 years of road service and exterior, interior protection package and window tinting ALL INCLUDED Neither Kory or Frantzy mentioned anything about the 3 year maintenance, 5 year road service, protection package or window tinting!! More

Worst experience ever with dealership They did not deliver what they promised. Also, they had very bad attitude. Very rude and unprofessional people. Kory Kearney lied to us. My wife and I couldn't believe that something like this still exist. We went to another Toyota dealership, had a very nice experience and we ended up with our new Toyota. It is very surprising that 2 Toyota dealerships can have such a huge difference. More

Worst Dealer in Florida My experience with this dealer was definitely the worst ever experienced when buying a car. It is well known that in the search for the perfect car, o My experience with this dealer was definitely the worst ever experienced when buying a car. It is well known that in the search for the perfect car, one undergoes a great deal of stress due to choosing the correct type that matches with the price. The key to success throughout this adventure is for the buyer to find a dealer that is trustworthy, patient and friendly in order to make the search better. When I went to Toyota of North Miami seeking the help of professionals to buy a car, they lied, disrespected me and stressed me in such a way that I decided to write this review and recommend to everyone to look for alternatives when buying a car. When I found a special price online I decided to go to the dealership immediately in order to purchase the car that I wanted. As soon as I arrived with the special price found online, the salesman made a face of disgust and began telling my husband and I that the price shown did not have included other fees. Since we were already there, and had driven a long way, we decided to go on with the purchase. When the time came to sit with the financial specialist, nothing was explained regarding the contract, we were asked to sign the documents that after hours of debate and negotiation, we decided to finally sign in order to finally go home. When giving the down payment for the car, my card was charged twice the amount without any explanation or authorization on my part. When a home, we reviewed the contract, we saw that the finance rate was totally wrong and had nothing to do with what we had agreed on. The next day I went to the dealer, I let them know that this problem had occurred; no one however was allowed to help me except a specific financial specialist who at the time was not present and for whom I had to wait for a period of four hours. When I let them know that I was wrongly charged twice, Kori, the dealer manager told us that they had noticed the transaction was charged twice, but that they had instantly issued a refund into my account. I have not yet received this refund, I have asked the dealership to please give me a receipt for this transaction and they seem to have none available. All they state is that the refund, due to holidays that passed is still processing and can take up to 10 days. Please be advised that the dealer did change the finance rate, however I had to go through a lot in order to be attended in a courteous and professional matter. Please try to find a dealership that respects and treats you with professionalism instead of choosing this dealer that cares very little about their customer’s satisfaction and cares of nothing more than to rob their customers.
